What's in it for you ?

The Campbell promise is a spirit that promotes two-way respect between personal and professional goals:

When it comes to valuing people, a "one-size-fits-all" approach simply won't do. Our programs are designed to recognise that not all employees are the same and that employees' needs may change over time.

Competitive pay and incentives

Salaries are regularly benchmarked against the market so that remuneration at Campbell Arnott's remains attractive and competitive. All packages are reviewed annually, with merit increases based on individual results and performance. Some employees also participate in incentive programs, which link individual reward to our organisational performance.

Work and life balance

Campbell Arnott's understands the pressures and challenges facing employees when trying to balance work with personal interests and responsibilities. We also understand that our employees are better able to meet the demands of the business when their own personal needs are being met. Some of the initiatives we have in place include flexible working arrangements such as job sharing, telecommuting and part time work, a paid leave program for new parents, and access to free counselling services on a variety of personal and work/life issues.

Campbell Scholarship Program

For more than 40 years, the Campbell Soup Company has been recognising outstanding academic achievement among the children of employees through the Campbell Scholarship Program. Each year, an independent panel selects scholarship winners from around the world, based on academic achievement, community service, and demonstrated leadership, providing these winners with assistance towards their university tuition.

Study support and study leave

Campbell Arnott's provides assistance to support team members undertaking self-improvement and development through formal education which can improve or maintain job-related skills or enhance their ability to compete for jobs in our business.

Recognition

We recognise exceptional performance in a number of ways:

  • Through everyday awards that are designed to give all employees the opportunity to recognise one another for achievements that go beyond job requirements.
  • Through our annual awards program that recognises teams and individuals around the world for outstanding achievements that supports our global vision.

Diversity

Our workplace initiatives are intended to build an inclusive environment in which all employees are encouraged to grow, personally and professionally. We are strengthening our commitment to diversity in every aspect of our business. We believe that by valuing and empowering our people, we will drive our success in the marketplace. We have a strategic goal we are working towards with respect to inclusion.

'I feel valued at Campbell Arnott's for who I am, regardless of my gender, race, age, physical ability, sexual orientation and life choices. And I feel able to fully contribute my talents to the organisation, every day!'
