1. What factors motivated your decision to join Campbell Arnott’s?
I wanted to build my marketing career in a large scale organisation and Campbell Arnott’s was the perfect fit. The business had all the support of a global organisation, however as a Marketer I would have the ability to develop and implement local marketing plans. In addition the company’s reputation and iconic status were important in the decision to join.
2. How do you feel valued at Campbell Arnott’s?
After having worked at Campbell Arnott’s for six years, I can honestly say that I genuinely enjoy working here. I feel valued from the recognition received, not only for achieving business results, but from being a strong leader and role model.
3. How have you made a difference to our organisation in the past twelve months?
In addition to my role, I lead the development of our marketing skills training program for the marketing team. Over the past 12 months, this program has resulted in improving the skill set of the Marketing team which will contribute to greater personal development and business success.
4. Which of Campbell Arnott’s icon brands would you like a lifetime supply of?
Hundreds & Thousands – because it brings back so many fun memories from being a kid and it satisfies my craving for a yummy sweet biscuit!!
