2. How do you feel valued at Campbell Arnott’s?
Over the last nine years I have received excellent role opportunities through which I have been given the autonomy and responsibility to make a real difference. I have also experienced a high degree of workplace flexibility transitioning in and out of the workforce on maternity leave.
3. How have you made a difference to our organisation in the past twelve months?
I have been instrumental in initiating and developing winning new product ideas for example, Tim Tam White, Shapes Mini Munchies, and Vita-Weat Grain Crackers.
I have coached, developed and promoted many bright young marketers who I would consider some of the strongest in the industry.
I am an active member of the Arnott’s Leadership Team that led the business into the fourth consecutive year of sales, earnings and market share growth.
