I feel valued everyday, it’s part of the culture.

The company values not only the delivery of results, but the manner in which you have achieved the results. Campbell Arnott’ has a strong objective setting, development plan and career planning process and to date the organisation has provided timely and valuable feedback on my performance and delivered against my personal development plan.

3. How have you made a difference to our organisation in the past twelve months?

By developing and implementing a comprehensive Quality strategic plan that has delivered a significant reduction in Campbells’ consumer complaints.

4. Which of Campbell Arnott’s icon brands would you like a lifetime supply of?

Definitely Arnott’s Wagon Wheels, a long time favourite for a self confessed chocoholic.
